BEY Mediterranean Kitchen and Bar will be part of Southern Post in downtown Roswell.
Roswell is getting a new Mediterranean restaurant.
BEY Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar is expected to open in Roswell this fall, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
The concept comes from Marc Mansour, currently the director of catering at Four Seasons Atlanta, and Chaouki “C.K.” Khoury, a neurologist. This isn’t their first restaurant; Mansour and Khoury were the owners of Zatar Lebanese Tapas and Bar in Dallas before moving to Atlanta.
The menu at BEY Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar will include dishes from countries along the Mediterranean Sea, Lebanese desserts and weekend brunch entrees (like a falafel waffle) and craft cocktails. Executive chef Matthew Rainey, who has experience at several metro Atlanta establishments, helped develop the menu.
The restaurant with Lebanese-inspired design will feature a small outdoor space and a private room available for special events.
BEY Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar will be part of the Southern Post mixed-use development. Other tenants set to join Southern Post include Azotea Cantina, Belux Coffee Roasters, Da Vinci’s Donuts, Grana and more.
